Eurocave, the world leaders in wine storage, have provided the cooling system that sets the temperature of the cellar to 14.5 degrees—the ideal temperature to store reds, whites and sparklings together. Every Estate apartment owner has their own custom joinery wine cabinets in the cellar, each catering for 60 standard sized bottles. The doors of these cabinets are perforated to allow the perfect amount of cooled air to flow into the cabinet.
